Product description:
1, The main frame: the left and right side plate, front plate, back plate, top plate and bottom cabinet are made of 1.0mm thick Masteel cold-rolled galvanized steel plate, automatic CNC laser cutting machine imported from Germany, bending by automatic CNC bending machine one time, spraying surface by epoxy resin electrostatic line automatic spraying.
2, Lining plate \ deflector: using solid core anti-double special plate (5mm thick) with good corrosion resistance, chemical resistance. The fixed parts of the baffle are made of PP quality material.
3, Moving window: 5mm high-quality tempered glass, the door opening height is 700mm, free lifting, sliding door up and down sliding device adopts elevator counterweight structure, stepless arbitrary stay, moving door guide device is composed of anti-corrosion polyvinyl chloride material. Moving door handle PP integrated molding production, moving door next to the chemical corrosion resistant plastic wrap, moving door opening and closing with rubber buffer device.
4. All glass Windows are in front of the fume hood, with good visual range. The baffle is made of the same material as the lining, and the baffle bracket is made of non-metallic material.
5, The lower cabinet body: the countertop using solid core physical and chemical board (12.7mm thick) acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, formaldehyde reached E1 level standards.
